BELFORD Dale
Goalkeeper who started his professional career as an apprentice for Aston Villa in July 1985. He moved on to Notts County in 1987.
BRADLEY Darren
England Youth international who played for Aston Villa from 1983 until 1986. Transferred to WBA and made over 400 league appearances.
BREMNER Des
Scotland international midfield player who played in the League Championship, European Cup, and European Super Cup winning teams.
BURKE Mark
England Youth international forward with Aston Villa from 1985-1988. Has great skills and also played for Middlesbrough & Wolves.
CAPALDI John
Skilful midfield player who played for Aston Villa in the late 1970's. Possesses extremely good passing skills and he has a keen eye for goal.
CHAMBERS John
Extremely talented midfield player with Aston Villa during the 1960's. John is the longest serving player in the Aston Villa Old Stars team.
COLLYMORE Stan
England international striker signed from Liverpool in 1997 for £7 million. One of only 3 Villa players to score a hat-trick in Europe.
COWANS Gordon
England international and Aston Villa legend who won the League Cup, League Championship, European Cup, and European Super Cup.
DALEY Tony
Capped for England at Youth, U21, B, and full international level. He played for Aston Villa from 1985 until his transfer to Wolves in 1994.
DELANEY Mark
Wales international full-back who made 193 first team appearances before his enforced retirement in 2007 through persistent injuries.
DUDLEY Derek
Goalkeeper who started his career with Aston Villa before moving to West Bromwich Albion and is the teams regular 'between the sticks'.
GIBSON Colin
England Under-21 international full back and midfield player. League Championship, European Cup and European Super Cup winner.
HEARD Pat
Outstanding left-side defender or midfield player and member of Aston Villa's European Cup and European Super Cup winning teams in 1982.
JOHNSON Tommy
Outstanding midfield player or striker signed from Derby County in 1995 for £1.45 million. Member of the 1996 League Cup winning team.
KING Phil
Signed from Sheffield Wed with whom he played in the FA Cup Final. Remembered for his penalty winner v Inter Milan in the 1994/95 UEFA Cup.
KINSELLA Mark
Signed from Charlton Ath in 2002 for £1 million. He won 48 caps for the Rep of Ireland and has won the Irish Footballer of the Year award.
LINTON Ivor
Made his debut in 1977 and was a member of the successful League Championship, European Cup and European Super Cup winning squads.

Defender or midfield player who played for Aston Villa from 1984 until 1988. Equally at home playing fullback or in the centre of midfield.
ORMSBY Brendon
England Youth international centre-back and member of the team that won the European Cup and European Super Cup in the 1980's.
PRICE Gavin
Played for Aston Villa during the 1980's, when due to the teams outstanding successes, first-team opportunities were limited.
RIOCH Neil
England Youth international centre-back. A member of the League Cup Final and promotion squads in 1971 and in 1975.
ROBINSON Phil
Played for Aston Villa from 1985 to 1987. Also played for Wolves, Birmingham City and Stoke. Made over 400 career league appearances.
SMALL Bryan
England Under 21 international left back. A very quick and skilful player who played for Aston Villa in the 1990's under Ron Atkinson.
SPINK Nigel
England international goalkeeper and member of the League Championship, European Cup and European Super Cup winning sides.
STAUNTON Steve
A Villa Park 'legend', he played in 3 World Cup Finals with the Republic of Ireland and became their most capped player with 102 appearances.
STIRLAND Gary
Extremely fit and skilful midfield player who played for Aston Villa in the early 1980's. A strong running player with good passing skills.
TAYLOR Ian
Signed from Sheffield Wednesday. 234 appearances. Scored in the 1996 League Cup Final 3-0 victory over Leeds Utd. Also played in the 2000 FA Cup Final.
THOMPSON Garry
Aston Villa striker from 1986 to 1988. Also played for Coventry & WBA. Made 487 career league appearances and scored 124 goals.
WALTERS Mark
England international forward who made his name at Aston Villa before transfers to Liverpool and Glasgow Rangers.
WARD Ian
Played for Aston Villa during the 1980's, when first-team opportunities were limited. An extremely gifted utility player.
WILLIAMS Gary
A member of the all-conquering team that won the League Championship, European Cup and European Super Cup in the 1980's.
